What will happen if pregnant women dont drink milk?! Im extremely irritated with everyone for hounding me about drinking it im lactose and dont like the lactaid milk and i think my baby doesnt like it either, Whats the best thing to do and what happens because i barely take my prenatals as well???
The baby takes all the calcium from you, so really you just lose yours. I know of a person who lost 4 of her front teeth because of a calcium deficiency during pregnancy- therefore I take calcium supplements along with my prenatal! Probably more for peace of mind than anything since I am the same way as you- different for everyone but you'll be fine :)
At 34 weeks your baby will start taking all your calcium for their developing bones. So I don't think drinking milk is necessary, but you might want to talk to your doctor and find out a good vitamin high in calcium.
Take 2 Flintstone vitamins. They equal the SAME as a prenatal. I had the same issue.
Nothing will happen to baby...baby can take nutrients from you and strip calcium from your bones some preg woman get bad teeth from this or even brittle bones take calcium pills
Like menmy3 said. Baby will take calcium from every where it can. Teeth bones things you eat that have it. When it pulls from your bones it's very annoying. Get the gummy pre Natals and a calcium pill. Should do the trick
Baby will just take all your calcium regardless if drink it or not i could not handle it n took vitafusion prenatal gummies but ever since i had my chubbs 7wks ago my teeth have gotten so bad my gums are so sore n its painful to chew . My dentist said my baby took all my calcium during pregnancy n this is the cosequence for not drinking milk ) : he said he has seen pregnant women whose teeth have rotted due to no calcium n baby taking it all im glad mine have not got to that point but it worries me
I don't drink milk. Never have liked it. This is my 4th baby & he is way healthy. I take my vitamins & eat cheese & ice cream. The vitamins are a must!
RELIEVED THANKS LADIES. My mom kills me with her false information, my bestfriend laughs at me so hard everytime i start a conversation sayin "my mom said". LOL
I'm unsure bout the milk part but I never took any prenatals nd neither did my sister nd our baby's are fine:)
Get the gummy prenatals and talk to your Dr about the milk issue. With my first I could do milk because everytime I did I would throw it right back up.
Hopefully nothing bad because I don't drink milk and that's not gonna change either lol! Yuck.
