Never tried regular yoga but I started prenatal yoga at about 3 months, now 7 and it really helps with my hip and back pain. My hips usually get so bad I have to sit in a warm bath but I haven't done that at all this time around. I plan on continuing the yoga once I deliver. I've officially been converted!
Great! I've been having such bad back pain. Is it difficult?
Not at all, my 2yr old and 5 yr old do it with me. The one I have shows how to do it for each trimester.
I literally just got done with yoga for this evening! Started at about 12 weeks...any back aches I had before have completely gone away!
