prenatal???
I take it everyday at breakfast time as to not forget. Well now I don't knw if I forgot or not??!! Should I assume I did and not take another or take another cause I may not have talent one? I'm sure it couldn't hurt to take two but then again I don't want so much being processed through my kidneys at once. I had a friend who took more vitamins then real food and ended up w kidney stones. What do you suggest? #pregnantbrain.
You are not supposed to take 2 in one day. i used to do the same thing all the time so now i say it out loud when i take it. helps me remember. sounds stupid but it works.
