I'm 17 weeks haven't been taking any pills. Should I be worried?  And do you know any good prenatals? That's not so hard to swallow.

I take the prenatal gummies and there really good , I had the same problem there was no way I was gonna swallow thoughs damn big horse pills ,, I got mine at cvs for 12.99

The folic acid is for the baby. It prevents spina bifida. The calcium is for the baby's bones. Vitafusion chews taste like candy and cost $13 for a 45 day supply.

Long ago when there was no such thing as prenatals women had healthy babies. The baby will most likely be okay if you opt out of them, but you will most likely being the one missing out because the baby will take what they need from you and leave you with nothing (this could lead to more fatigue or an even lower immune system).
I take the vitafusion gummies and haven't had any problems.

I take one a day womens prenatal but my doctor said almost any prenatal will work she even said that the flinstones chewable.vitamins have the same vitamins and minerals you need

There are lots of chewable and gummy kinds. The real risk is to yourself. Baby will take what nutrients it needs from you and leave you low and depleated. This is why some women loose teeth and break bones. A healthy diet will help.

i never took them either i have 3 healthly kids i haven't taken this time either only thing when i went in for my 19 week scan my baby was a week behind but was told nothing ta worry about.. if u can't swallow the pills ask ur ob to give u the chewable
