I found I was pregnant a couple says ago. I was wondering what prenatals are the best?

Vitamin Code Prenatal. They are food based so easier and better for your body to digest and assimilate. Plus there is no added sugar, preservatives or additives. Also Green Pastures Cod Liver Oil is an excellent source for dha.

I use "Natures Made Prenatal Vitamins + DHA"  :) has a lot if not all of what you need and about 90 capsules a bottle :)

My prenatals don't have DHA, should I switch from rainbow light?

It doesn't matter which ones, just get ones with folic acid in it and you'll be fine:) folic acid and dha are the most important things for babies development

I took rainbow light at first, they are all natural. But when I ran out I got nature maid cuz I needed them that day and rainbow light I have to order online.
