preterm labor

I was once again woken out my sleep by contractions. I get so scared but I try to remain calm. I live alone and my grandma is on the call list to come to me when I actually do go in labor. I can't help but think oh this is it. Then I start thinking about everything I haven't done such as finish the diaper bag or set her crib up wash her clothes. I'm just not ready yet. The first time it happened I had a doctor's appointment the next day and had my cervix checked no dilation. So the contractions did stop but now I'm laying here at 4:42am scared to sleep and my little girl is,moving like crazy. I'm assuming them contractions woke her up too. With a second scare I'm giving myself a week to finish this diaper bag, and I'm having my uncle come put the crib up. I just need this little girl to wait a little longer. I'm 30+6

Yeah I know she is already head down just not lock and loaded as I like to say lol. Once I felt her move around I just knew it was bit of a false alarm just scary when u live home alone. Now I'm trying to go back to sleep but she is wide awake lol. And yes I have a huge week ahead with trying to tie everything together not to mention my labor and delivery tour at the hospital Sunday.

if baby is moving a lot, then you are probably safe for now. when labor contractions start up, baby will be moving into position and the contractions will make the baby immobile as it lessens the space they have to move. try and get some rest, you have a big week ahead of you!
