As long as your not overextending yourself or lifting anything heavy, you should be okay. If you are concerned, I would discuss it with your doctor before you do the activity you are concerned about. We aren't medically trained on here and don't know any of your background information. Your doctor might not want you to for the safety of your baby. It just depends. Next time discuss it with him/her.
