What hurts more contractions or delivering the baby ( pushing ) when he comes out ?

Just look up the progression of labor on YouTube or something. There's a thing at the end of labor called the ring of fire it's when your vagina is stretched as far as it possibly can go, typically the largest part of the baby is right there which is the head. I think that hurt the most but you don't feel it long because it's right as the baby is coming out and you push past it then you're done.

Depends on if you have an epidural or not. But I know that when you push you have to push while having a contraction so if you don't have an epidural you will have both pains at once
