I can understand how you feel.  I haven't found a comfortable position sitting, standing or sleeping at all.  The pregnancy pillows are not helping either.  I'm not sure if its ok but I do know they recommend you sleep on your left side during pregnancy.  Good luck finding some comfort!

I'm pretty sure the baby's OK :) I know that sometimes when I'm sitting, it feels like I'm squishing my little one if i start slouching, and it is very in comfortable! as long as the baby doesn't feel squished to you, you should be fine...just wait till your belly gets bigger and heavier ;)

no, baby is fine if you want to put your legs up. i always felt more comfortable with one leg being sat on and one leg on the ground. try to remember that your belly doesn't need support, it can hold itself up. just dont want you to think you have to hold it all the time (unless you want to)
but no, putting your legs up is fine. only worry if you get cramps or it hurts. and laying on your left side is best.
try no to worry too much, your body will let you know. (you'll cramp or get tired)
hope that helps, enjoy your pregnancy!
