really bad back pain
Im 34 weeks today and earlier i Couldnt walk because i had really bad pain in my vag now im having really bad back pain i cant even sit or lay its really bad it feels like my back is being crushed
I had that with my first baby I was told to drink something really cold or eat a little ice cream and the baby will move if it don't like the cold ....worked for me. Just a thought!! :)
Go take a shower lean forward and let the water bang on your spine it helps also take warm baths it will help get the baby off your back
