I am currently 23 weeks and have a bulge above my belly button.  It isnt really painfull, just uncomfortable.  I believe it is a hernia.  Has anyone ever had one during their pregnacy and if so what was the outcome?  I am scared for my baby  boy, because I know they require surgery, they will wait until I deliver right?

No, it won't affect the birth at all. It might deform your belly button from now on.

I have had one since I was pregnant with my second child. I'm am now pregnant with my forth. It can sometimes become uncomfortably painful but docs choose not to do any work on it till my tubal ligation. No worries.
