red raspberry tea

For all the ladies that tried this and had success...what brand did you use?? I'm a ftm heard about This on here and also read about it on a site for natural birth....any advice would help...thanks :)

you can get it at safeway or walmart or a health food store or if im right even GNC would even have it. just about any where, where they sell teas.

i use the organic raspberry leaf tea =) and to me it does not taste like card board =)

just get one with straight old rapberry leaf, nothing else :)

It helps to strengthen your uterus.  To make your contractions work better....to shorten labor time.

Well I say it brand and the ingredients said "red raspberry and red raspberry leaf" is that ok? It also had rose hips and things like that lol

any brand is ok just as long as it says red raspberry leaf, usually a helath food shop is the best pl to get it, if you dont like the taste you can also get the tablets which work just as well, you will need to drink at least 3 cups everyday starting from 36 wks if your pregnancy has been trouble free :)
