round ligament pain?
what is it and when does it usually start? I'm 10 weeks and I keep getting a sharp pain, almost like a lot of pressure, in the middle lower part of my stomach. could that be round ligament pain? ftm by the way!

I'm 21 weeks and I experienced my first bit of round ligament pain this morning! It's my second baby and I've never felt this before! It scared me it hurt so bad but it's just your muscles in your stomach stretching as the baby grows!
As long as your not bleeding or if you don't 'feel' as if something is wrong it's okay!
Mommys intuition can usually tell if something is normal or not!

Round ligament pain is usually little spasms in your stomach that can be painful at times. I started having them around 6 weeks and still have them especially after a lot of walking around. It usually starts around the second tri but everyone is different. Hope this helped some. Btw I'm 10 weeks also :)
