First time mom and I will be turing 8months in November so I.wacth people giving birth on YouTube and now im scared about giving birth
Don't be scared, everything will be ok.
I'm a ftm and just had my daughter about three weeks ago I was so scared before I had her about labor. It was pretty bad but it was just the contractions .. I just breathed thru them and that helped. Once I was 7cm dilated I got the epidural and it was almost instant relief and I didn't feel nothing pretty much the rest of the time it just felt like pressure that's all.
