Im 20 years old and im 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my first child. Being my first child and it being so early, im afraid of the possibility of the baby not making it. Im healthy and i had an ultrasound done and the baby is in perfect shape im just concerned. How do you all deal with worry?

This is a common feeling. Every woman no matter age or if it be the first or last child has this fear. Let me tell you the fear never goes away.  Your always going to worry about something. After there born you worry about SIDS after that it's them falling and breaking there neck or choking on something. I hate this part of being a mom because it really doesn't go away. The best thing you can do is be careful and pay attention to everything your child does and believe that things will be ok.

I was the same way. I do have blood clotting issues though and take blood thinners. I couldn't wait to get to the second trimester  I'm 37 weeks now and now my fear is a stillborn. I won't be satisfied till I have a baby in my arms

You don't have to buy anything just in case hut when I first found out I went online to find everything I wanted. I even have my registry ready except for clothes and certain things because I don't know the sex yet

You're just over thinking it. Just find things that get you excited. Think of names. Make a list of everything you want to buy. Online shop for cribs and other baby items.

I see so many women scared of this. I understand if you've had a mc before. But this is my second child and the thought has never crossed my mind that I would lose them ever. I just get super excited and start looking at baby stuff to keep me excited..

Find stuff to do during the day to keep your mind off of it as hard as that is. Worrying and stressing isnt good for you or baby.
