scared* small/short cervix

I am turing 27 weeks tomorrow 3 days ago i  found out i have a short cervix 0.9 cm and that my baby could come anytime. I am currently in the hospital on bed rest. I am getting so scared. They (the doctors) are hoping I can make it to 30 weeks i hope i can too. I dont know what to do or think. I just keep praying for my  baby to be okay. I just want to know from anyone else who is going through or went through this so we could help each other.

yes thats all i want is for my little man to say in there longer... I have been researching and found that some people even held in there babies after there cervix was at nothing. hearing  stuff like that makes me feel better with my 0.9. Also it says some people dont find out the problem until after they have 2 or 3 miscarriages. So for me to find out with my first should be a blessing that i didnt end up losing him and not finding out.  i am just blessed to still have him inside me  and would be more then happy to keep my baby till 30 weeks but longer would be great. just take it day by day i guess.

I am going through something similar right now I have been put on bedrest at home to start
I am currently 20wks so I know how u feel it is scarring the crap out of me to
Now ny cervix is currently. 2.5 cm which is a little below where it should be which my dr said is 3.o and higher. Just do what dr tell u to
Which I know is hard but think of the long run getting to hold ur healthy baby. I am going to go stir crazy sitting around doing nothing but I just keep thinking longer she stays put the better it is for her. Good luck have some bring you some good books that helps me keep my mind of what is going

I have not been there but I saw it on a tv show called deliver me. the best thing is to not  move at all stay on bed rest as much as it ***** that is the best way to help your baby. The women on TV was in the hospital for like 53 days strait but she had a healthy baby it was hard for her but keep thinking about who it is for and how much the little one is worth it.
