I was told for many years i would never be able to have children.. i have endometreosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts and damaged tubes and im only 20 yrs old among many other issues and i have just found out i am expecting :) what i  want to say is do not give up hope my sister also experienced problems similar to you and she eventually had a child it may take some time but with the right treatments you will too experience that moment you see a positive on that test i wish you and your husband all the very best of luck :)
