Bath,heat pad and they also say rock ya hips in circular movements as it should move baby off ya nerve
I've been getting it daily for a while now..im 26+4 weeks pregnant... it's awful pain :(
I do get my boyfriend to rub my back it does help :)..xx
Massage!! After the fist trimester of course and never while laying on your stomach but I've had it since 15 weeks and my moms a therapist and idk what I'd do without her
I usually take Epsom salt baths. Not too hot though. And soak in it. Helps a bit
I had it before I was pregnant not just now that I am. Ice packs are brilliant for it.
Your whole pregnancy you poorthing..its very uncomfortably and pain full..I had a shower earlier and the pain went for a half aN hour but back again..
Honestly the only thing that seemed to help me is either a warm bath or tylenol and s heating pad. I've had problems with it my whole pregnancy and it effing *****.
