severe breast pain on vacation..help

I'm on my vacation (wedding anniversary) and I am having some severe breast pain. It's on one breast and only on one side, I thought it might be a plugged duct but it isnt warm or hot and it isn't red. I've had a plugged duct before and the spot was red and really hot. I don't know what it could be. I'm pumping, I don't pump as often as I should but I pump consistently, there aren't days I pump 12 times and then days I pump 4 times, I always pump between 4 and 6 times a day. I usually pump for 30 to 50 minutes each time. Do you ladies have any ideas what this could be? I put a warm wet compress on it and massageed it (painfully) in the tub this morning but it didn't help at all. And pumping isn't relieving any of the pain either. I don't know what else to do..I can't believe this is happening to me on my anniversary vacation.

A bit, but it hurts if I touch it or accidentily brush it. My husband likes to lay in the middle of the bed at an angle with his feet in my corner so I get a bit crowded lol. Then he lays half on top of me so I wouldn't be surprised if he had elbowed me. I was seriously thinking about doing to the doctor the other day when it started. I'm still massaging it and using heat. I put my breast in front of one of the jets in the jacuzzi tub in our hotel room, lol.

LOL @ husband elbowing you in his sleep.  Man, if that's the case, then it must be one heck of a dream that he was having ;)

How does it feel now?  Any improvement?

Thanks, no I don't have a fever nor do I feel sick. I don't know what it could be. The only other thing I can think of is that maybe my husband elbowed me in his sleep last night. Cuz it didn't hurt last night when I went to bed but it woke me up this morning at like 7 am.

Do you have any other symptoms?  A fever?  Feeling as though you're coming down with the flu?  If you are - or the pain doesn't go away within the next day - I'd go get looked at.  You could have mastits (a breast infection).  I had that when I was weaning my older son....unpleasant, but totally treatable with antibiotics.

Not sure on that one, but wanted to say I hope it goes away soon! That really s*cks to be on vacation and having pain.
