Omg i just took a pregnacy test and it positive i have lots of questions what can i expext at the begining any pain or what and i was wondering if i have sex could it afect the baby please help i am anxios to know what to do or what to expect

congrats on your pregnancy=)! yes like some of the other ladies said try to relax, sleep when you feel tired. with the cleaners like bleach if its strong try not to use those to much because it could be harmful to breath in when your pregnant and if you have a cat you cannot change the cat litter box because of the toxic smell and the dust of it. you will have some cramping, its normal only if you dont have no bleeding what so ever. but yes take prenatal vitamins and drink lots of water like 6-8 glasses of water a day. when you progress more into the pregnancy you shouldnt lift heavy stuff. and yes your back could hurt too if you have cramping, i get it with my cayatic nerve and thats because the lagiments are trying to streach its also normal to have hip pain too so dont worry too much if you get that too.  i hope you have an H&H9M.

Congrat! It's ok to have sex as long as it's not painful. I have back pain also. My boyfriend brought a eggcrate foam for the bed and a body pillow. Make sure you take your prenatal vitamins and drink plenty of water. Relax and take it easy.

Congrats! As the previous poster said, rest, drink lots, amke sure you are taking a pre-natal vitamin if you aren't already, etc.

I would start thinking about what sort of medical support you want - midwife, ob, gp, etc - unless you already know. They typically won't see patients until near the end of the first trimester since there's not much they can do before then but assuming you are feeling well, I like scheduling my appointments for outside my work time when possible.

Congrats!!! as long as its not painful...then sex is fine. you will prob have some cramping...maybe spotting...but it very common during implantation...try and rest when your tired and drink plenty of fluids...good luck!! :)
