should I be worried?

I'm 18 years old, pregnant with my first... I'm 9 weeks & 3 days...  it's been really tough the last 2 weeks alot of stress, all I do is cry & puke! I'm scared that with all of the pressure I put on my stomach from throwing up I'm going to hurt the baby, or if I cry to much something bad is going to happen. .. am I jst paranoid, or should I be worried?

I agree. Be careful with zofran. It's not even a completely safe drug to use during pregnancy. As for throwing up.. i always have a light snack or glass of chocolate milk. The chocolate milk helps a lot trust me!! It's the only thing that allows me to take my prenatal vitamin without feeling sick.

I would be careful with zofran there have been alot of lawsuits due to birth defects from taking it while pregnant

Going to ask my Dr. About the Zofran.. as for the water thats all i drink.. i guess i am jst a little paranoid and scared... thanks ladies!

They only bad thing that can happen from throwing up is dehydration and severe stress can a tribute to pre term labor but you aren't that far yet. I'm sure you'll be fine. Most mother's go through this.

Usually those kind of strains are ok such as laughing, crying, throwing up, pooping... don't worry. As for the throwing up ask yoir Dr abou. Zofran. Peppermints help as well. Drink plenty of water. Relax sweetie(: Congrats and good luck.
