So i know theres no proven fact that it works but me n hubby are definitely trying it... my question is ... am i supposed to let the sperm like marinate (ew that sounds gross lol) kinda how u do when ur ttc? Bcus i definitely hop right n the shower afterwards and i was thinking if that defeats the purpose? Any1 know?
Great lol... im such a clean freak i cant stand feeling icky and thats what i feel like after sex. Guess ill have to try this tonight :-) hopefully it helps since im gonna suffer all night.
I think it works better when you have an organsim too!!

And make sure you "enjoy" it too!! That helps the uterus contract and your brain releases the happy hormone oxytocin which also helps to kick off labour...
yep it does, you need to keep it in there, so at night just go to sleep and shower in the morning :)
