I never have an appetite so I can't take my prenatal in Tue morning like you should so I take them in the afternoon after I eat my second meal or snack. Is that okay? Or should I force myself to eat in the morning to take them? I'm only 5weeks but its my first baby so I have lots of questions.

Mine have always made me sick so I take mine at night right before bed and then lay down and go to sleep and have no problem.

I take mine at night after my evening meal. But you should try eating something in the morning, whatever sounds good. It doesn't have to be typical breakfast food. If you want a slice of pie, have it as long as you're eating something

I take mine at lunch now. Or second snack. I cant take them in the morning either. The gummies are also fine. As long as you take them daily its ok

If your having trouble try switching to the gummies only with them you take it twice a day.

You can take your prenatal at anytime during the day it doesn't matter what time as long as you take it.

You don't have to take your prenatal in the morning. Take it whenever. It's way better to take it with a meal than without anyway.
