I'm glad everything is good now.
Thats great that they got him felling better!!
:( poor babe! Glad he's fine! RSV is a b I t c h!
Thanks everyone! We watched him for an hour & he wasn't acting like himself. He was breathing really weird and tough, and wasn't really moving to much, so we took him to the er, he had to get chest xrays. He was all stufed up and had to get the rsv test and they got a ton of Crap out of.his noise. They said he couldn't breathe out.of.his noise and taking in too much air thru his mouth. But he's all good now!
I think mrssandefur is right you should go to the ER you never know if something is really wrong is better to be safe then sorry plus hes so small i hope he gets well soon!!
The breathing hard is what worries me, does he breath hard just when he cries or even when he's not crying? If he breaths hard even when he's not crying I'd try to get an emergency visit with his Dr if you can't do that I'd take him to the ER. May sound silly to go in cause his breathing is hard or cause his cry is weak but hell he's two weeks old! He can't communicate with you and you're not a Dr or mind reader! So they can just shut it. I've taken my kids to the ER for some silly things but they shouldn't care, they get paid for it! And better safe then sorry right?
Oh ok maybe he cries like that because he is really hungry!! It's doesn't sound like something u should go to the er for but u should still call his pediatrician just to be safe and ease ur worries... do u breastfeed because if so breast milk is digested faster and maybe u could feed him more often so he doesn't get to the point where he cries.. goodluck being a ftm makes u worry about everything
He only cries when he is hungry, the rest of the time he sleeps or just stays awake. He hardly cried at all today.
Does baby cry a lot... that could be a reason his voice is hoarse or maybe he has some lungs on him... I would call ur pediatrician first thing tomorrow morning
I took his temp and it was 98 but I'm scared.
I'd take em to the er or doc immediately, does he have a temperature as well? If you notice a diff in his breathing something may not be right.
