Definitely need y to keep snacks. With me I would get nauseated and if I didn't ear right away I would get light headed and dizzy. So be careful and always have a healthy snack in your purse. I always used the mini trail mix packs that had nuts and dried fruit.
That's actually normal in every aspect, both in and out of pregnancy. Pregnancy just makes it easier to happen.
I've had that problem ever since I was pregnant with my daughter,she will be 2 in 4 weeks. It never went away after I had her so its even worse with this pregnancy. Just eat healthy snacks

It's a really common thing in pregnancy. Always have a quick snack off hand. Granola bars, crackers, string cheese, an apple, anything quick to much. My purse has been a food treasure box since getting pregnant lol.
