35 weeks with a cold!!
im 35 weeks today and woke up yesterday with a cold. my head is pounding. its a throat and nose thing, im hoping it doesnt lead to a sinus infection!! i need remedies. i usually go to the doctors right away but since im prego i kno there is not much i can take. o nd btw my dr is on vacation until monday the 19th!!
Vicks vapor rub is safe, and you can try a steam treatment. Just turn your shower on hot enough to make steam, let it run with out turning your exhaust fan on, then breathe in the steam (without getting overheated of course), usually five to ten mins helps. A humidifier is a good idea too :-)
My suggestion would be to go the the FDA website. They have a list of medications They approve of for pregnant people. Hope you get go feeling Better soon!
