So I went to check out my flu symptoms turns out its sinuses, an the meds I use I cnt tke ryt nw, I cnt stnd bein so congested an fuzzy in my head cn someone pls advise me on some natural remedies I'm so tired of bein so stuffy... 38wks

I gt the saline spray an rememberd smthn my gran did I steamd wth eucalyptus oil, it really hlpd I cn feel I needed to up my vitamn c intke as wel its jus amazin hw all these thngs hppn a week b4 my ddte, anywy I'd love to feel myslf again

I have had the same problem for a week now and they gave me meds for the infection and i have been using saline spray and it works.

Just to note too.....when I was breastfeeding I took it right out of my diet. Now I'm pregnant again...I still eat dairy, I just limit my intake. And when I feel a pressure headache coming on or stuffiness, then I know I had too much.

I've suffered from sinus problems for quite a few years. It wasn't until I stopped eating so much dairy that my sinus problems cleared up! I quit dairy for my son. He had an intolerance to it from my breast milk. There are so many other ways to get calcium and vitamin d and I went that way. Changed my life!

Also stand in a steamy shower or just the bathroom with the hot shower running. The vapor is good for ur sinus. There is also over the counter saline spray its safe for babies/pregnancy. It helps drain it!

When I get congested I use the vapor rub under my nose and sometimes on my chest and throat, but I'd say a humidifier would be a gud idea right now to clear you up faster, you have your lil one coming soon!
