So I know about baby acne being on the face but I gave him a bath today nd its all over his body. Is that possible nd wat can I do to clear it up?
Get a doctor to check him over. It could be many different things but they will be able to help clear it up
He might have eczema or a yeast infection. You should ask your pediatrician just to ve safe.
