sleep!! help?

Anybody have anything that worked to get them to sleep?? Gosh I CAN'T sleep at all and I'm so exhausted :/......I mean I'm so tired that I'm almost in tears because I just want to rest!!....I'm 28+1 and I've tried benadryl but no luck :/....I was up all night last night....I didn't even get one minute of sleep....sighs...I need help. Lol

My doc also told me unisom was ok I don't know about the others

I am on ambien. The others dont do anything for my insomnia

My doctor said Unisom is perfectly safe to take your entire pregnancy, up to 50mg. It works for me! Also you can take Tylenol PM, but only up to 36 weeks because it can affect your milk supply if you want to breastfeed.

I know walgreens and walmart sell it, otherwise your local health food store would have it

well not a lot of doctors will not allow it due to lack of research, but my midwife does because it is all natural and there hasn't been any bad side affects on the baby in all her years of training and working.
Valerian root- you can take 1-5 before bed and it helps but she said you can only take it up to 36 weeks because after that point it's something that can delay labor.
