My doctor said that your baby would let you know if there was a problem, but I still dont risk it. Too scary!!!
36 weeks and i cant even be on my back for examinations, i get dizzy, see spots, and cant breathe.
I always end up on my back as well. It does restrict oxygen flow but it doesnt cut it off compleyely. Your left side is the best as u get more oxygen to baby.but my son kicks the crap out of me when im on my left side so i can only do my right side for so long before i get achy. The farther along u get the harder it is to sleep on your back. Im 35 weeks and cant breathe on my back so im forced to my sides.
The farther you get it can restrict oxygen to the baby and blood flow too your legs but my doctor said you can put a pillow under your butt and it would be fine
I'm 30+2 and I sleep however I can!! I mostly sleep on my tummy!!! Its the most comfortable :) when you body or baby are uncomfortable you will know not to sleep that way anymore!
I'm 32+3 & still wake up on my back sometimes, or even my stomach! My husband always tells me to "quit smashing the baby." If it was that bad it wouldn't be comfortable. Lol.
Sleeping on your back can just give you possible back aches. Im 30+ wks and still sleep on my back. My baby is perfectly fine :)
I sleep any way i can sleep lol when you get farther along, sleep is all you're worried about. I am 36 weeks tomorrow and i sleep on my stomach and back!
Okay good :) I'm always wondering because no matter how hard I try I always wake up on my back lol
My doctor told me to sleep however I was comfortable. He wasn't worried about it.
I always sleep on my back :O I didn't know that!
I didn't know it restricts the oxygen flow!!! I always sleep on my back. Sometimes my side can't always get comfortable
