sleeping way too much

I am 10 weeks pregnant and cant get out of bed until 2 &3 pm sometimes later and I dont go to bed real late at night. Just wondering if this is common? It is starting to make me feel like im depressed and I dont like it. Sleeping that late makes me feel horrible when I wake up and it takes about an hr before I can get up and moving around to start the day. So I end up starting my day by 5 or 6 pm :-( help? Thank you..

I do too but usually till noon . But I was also working so I was always tired.  Now that I quit I will wake up early depending if I want to get up or not I'll go back to bed.  Just go with the flow for a lil your body is probably just catching up if it don't get better then just set an alarm get up early if anything take a short nap in the day . Your body probably just needs to be put on a different schedule.

Your iron levels could be low. Go get a blood test :)

When I was that early I would sleep from like 12-1am take like 5 pm some days.... (I didn't know I was pregnant at the time but looking back it explains a lot) lol just set an alarm and get up and go. Idk I didn't have anything to do so it didn't bother me but idk maybe talk to your doctor about it as well
