So I slept prettu horrible last night this is my second pregnancy and I never remember just not being able to sleep I get up to pee 1-2 times a night and the first time I got up at one and could not go back to sleep I wasnt comfortable and had horrible heartburn any suggestions to fall right asleep??

I took benydrl and it just makes me really sick the next day.

I eat tums like candy, lol. If I can't sleep I just get up and watch tv till I'm tired. But I know I'm lucky to have literally nothing to do ever.

I know this may sound odd but Andes mints REALLY do take heartburn away. I learned this from my aunt years ago prior to ever getting preggo& live by those lil green wrappers. I kinda keep one in my mouth til it melts a bit & eat another after if needed. Tylenol pm helps me sleep these days. I take 2 a half hour or so before bed and don't wake up quite as much through the night.

Ok, I did a quick check for heart burn I saw Tums, Maalox, Mylanta, Pepsid, Zantac are ok.

Only thing I can say is Benadryl its the only thing that has helped me throughout this whole pregnancy.( I'm 27 weeks)  When I first got pregnant I had real bad insomnia and my doctor recommended benadryl or Tylenol Pm which is Benadryl with Tylenol.  The heart burn I really dont know what to take, ask your doctor for a safe list of meds I downloaded mine.  Don't take pepto bismol I know that is not good for baby
