I'm in hospital right now and the lady who's shareing with me is 25 weeks and in for premuture labour due to smoking..

I wouldn't risk it. Some babies are okay even if you continue to smoke, but some are born premature and don't delevop correctly. I don't see why anyone would risk the health of their baby.

I did with my first two but quit when dh and I decided to ttc this pregnancy. Thankfully my son and daughter are both very healthy. My mom smoked with all 6 of her children and I was the smallest weighing in at 8lbs 8oz and we're all healthy. It's good to kick the habit but I completely understand women who just can't.

I smoked 10 a day nd as soon as I found out I cut bak.to one a day. Now I'm 17w3d nd past 6 weeks I smoke maybe 3 a week... its extremely hard to quit but try ur hardest to cut bak as much as u can. Good luck :)

I smoke 3 maybe 4 a day. I cant completely quit but I cut back a lot, compared to my pre pregnancy where i smoked a pack a day.

I quit with my first but my second and this one I couldn't but cut back from almost a whole pack a day to 1 or 2 cigarettes a day, some days none. I'm not proud of it. But so far my children have thankfully been healthy.

i have 5kids and smoked w all but one and the one i didnt smoke w is the one who has asthma... i did slow down but didnt completly stop
