Lol she needed advice, help. Not a bitter answer. Even tho you may have already knew all that. But honey just be patient with yourself. Make sure you have a strong support system to pull through it. you will get through it. My sis struggles with the same thing she just had to find an alternative. Like the gum. Which is cool. She did twizzlers.lol I hate twizzelers but she did whatever she needed just so the baby can be healthy. Your efforts were grand to even post and ask for advice. your next step is ignoring ignorance. LORD IGNORE IGNORANCE! Lol but you'll be fine honey, just find that alternative or ask your heathcare provider! good luck!

In my opinion  you are pregnant from the moment that u found out u were pregnant u should of quit its harming your baby do u not  understand that? Smoking causes birth defects like clef lip ect.. thats in my view I was a really heavy marijuana smoker the day I found out I was pregnant I haven't touch that stuff although nicotine is more addictive think about ur unborn baby n how ur harming it that should be enough motivation

Hypnosis works, and it is one of the most common reasons people get hypnotized.
