sneezing plus pain right after....

So this just started, everytime i sneeze I get a horrible sharp pain in my abdomen....is this okay or normal? ?

I've never really noticed if I hold my sneeze in. I was just worried it was going to cause more damage or something was wrong. Thank you ladies :)

Happens to me. I got told sneezes can aggravate round ligament pain.
