I had it at 20 weeks and it was so painful it left all the way up my arm numb, my doctor gave me excersises to do and it's so much better, I'm 34w now
I Have a tensor bandage on the worst wrist at the moment and it seems to be helping. It's brutally painful in the middle of the night. I didn't realize this was even a thing. I figured I'd get carpal tunnel one day but not during pregnancy
I got it with my first pregnancy (hoping it doesn't return with this one) but I found it helped if I wore wrists braces pretty tight especially at night

When I posted this in the middle of the night the pain woke me up from sleeping. I couldn't even open my hand fully.
I had it and it was the worst feeling ever. It does get worse before it gets better. Mine went away soon after delivery.
