My fiancee and our son and I live in an apartnent well the girl who lives above us use to be an easy neighbor...wouldnt junp around or anything. The last two weeks she has been loud as hell day and night since she no longer works. My one yr old is constantly woken up from naps and bedtime at night. My fiancee works nights so needs sleep during the day but is unable to. I am no longer even able to sleep all night without being woken up. We have talked to her along with filing noise conplaints...I am 27 weeks pregnant and am losing my mind. I just need fricken sleep and so does my very cranky son. Anyone else have neighbors like this? What did you do?

not a neighbor, but my brother! my mom can sleep thru pretty much anything but me i cnt... nd my brother has no respect fur anybody! specially if his friends come over nd theyre in the living room which is not too far from my room theyre loud! nd specially if they come home late nd his friends are all here nd stuff theyre loud... nd theyre all always in n out of the house nd everytime the front door opens the dogs go crazy barking nd if someone comes that doesnt come all the time nd the dogs arent use to them they bark even more! its really irritating... both me nd my mom has tried tellin my brother bout all this but he doesnt listen... ever since he found out i was prego its actually gotten worse... my mom says after the first of the year him nd all his friends are ganna stop doin wat they do nd comin in n out nd havin the music loud nd everything cuz im due in march nd she wants things situated already.. nd my brother was b*tching bout it...i really hope he comes around nd has some respect by time my daughter comes cuz im already goin really crazy nd itll juss be worse wen shes here specially if my daughter keeps gettin woken up because of him nd his friends... but well see....

Yeah we have fiked two in writing. Its only 2 10 pm. My son has been trying to sleep since 1 but everytime he falls asleep she does something causing him to wake up. I think tonight if she is extremely loud again that I will call

Have you talked to your landlord? If they don't address the problem you can call the cops after (it's 10pm here I'm not sure how late it is where you live) a certain time and they'll get in trouble for being too noisey. I can't imagine, if my neighbor mows and wakes my son up I get mad haha!
