I find that I can eat lactose free yogurt after its all said and done and I'm okay the rest of the day, but it takes me sooo long to be able to actually stomach anything, on a bad day I'm up from like 5am till 9am vomiting bile and then takes me about an hour to get myself ready for the day ans get to work then another hour before I eat...at least it's kind of routine and not random.throughout the day anymore ...lol the upside to a crappy situation..I hope I'm lucky like you ladies and the end is near

I had "morning sickness" all the way up till mid 20 weeks and still on occasion get very bad nausea in the arvo at 33 weeks. Getting carbs in me helps alot when im feeling sick even when i feel i cannot stomach it!

Mine didn't stop until about 20 weeks, and I'm still getting extremely nauseated at everything I eat, just not throwing up anymore. It literally stopped right when I hit 20 weeks. Give it a little more time :)
