I fainted ... help

Im so scared... I was at my aunts house making Christmas candy, and all of the sudden I started sweating, and my sight went away, I couldn't hear and I was so dizzy. I fell to the ground and felt sick.. I hadn't eat yet but then again I had only been awake for maybe and hour and half.  I talk to my doctor she said just to go home and relax.. but I wanna know what you ladies think could be wrong...

I'm the same way girl. I eat peanut butter and crackers a lot, I never really have an appetite.

I kinda figured not eating had a factor in it. I just really have a hard time with eating in this pregnancy. I am not ever hungry, and im always nauseous and going through a lot of depression..

This happened to me at work and it turned out my iron levels were low, i'd ask for a blood test just to check them
