so sick- progestrone pills is this normal....

I am 6 weeks and yesterday I had brown discharge in the am, only 2 wipes.  THis is my 5th pregnancy with one son and three angels in heaven :(.  My obgyn put me on progestrone inserts twice a day since I found out I was pregnant around 5 weeks,  and for the last week I feel so sick.  I feel like I have the flu, feel like I need to vomit, diahrea, just so sick feeling.  I am so pale and I honestly am scared because I can`t eat or drink anything.  My other pregnancy`s I was sick but never this sick.  I can`t move- very motion sensitive.  Is this normal or am I alergic to the progestron.  I am really scared and any input would be very helpful. thanks

Our stories are so alike, my son will be 3 next month.  We started trying for another when he turned one and suffered three losses in 2 years.  Got pregnant this time without trying and it was a suprise.  I have been taking the progesterone and it does make me awful sick but if that is normal that makes me feel so much better.  Thanks so much for your replly it did make me feel better.  I will ask about the zofran and B6 tomorrow.  thanks again. :)

I too have a son who is 3 and then when we tried for #2 we ended up with 3 miscarriages. I am now 15 weeks and was taking progesterone from the time of ovulation but it was orally. I did notice that it made me alot sicker than I have been with any of my other pregnancies but when I came off of it around 12 weeks it has gotten alot better. Ask your dr if you can take zofran to help and ask about vitamin B6. They both helped me tons! Good luck with your little bean!! :)
