Im 23 weeks with twins and im having an ELECTIVE caesarean. I am quite capable of having them vaginally but have told the doctors I want a section.

I am a twin & I was born vaginally. I was just as big as a one birth baby. So I wouldn't freak out just keep calm.

It depends on your body if your babies are head down and you are dialating there shouldn't be a reason why you can't vaginally deliver. If your Dr says your having complications then you may have to have a csection if I were in your shoes I would talk to your Dr let them know that you want to try and to a vaginal birth if it doesn't work then they can do a csection but make sure to talk to your dr so they know how you feel about it. It is your body and if you don't say anything then they don't know that you want. Hope this helps and good luck love(:

It may not be necessary my aunt just delivered triplets vaginally. Talk to your doctor about vaginal birth
