Scared. . . .

I'm scared that when I go to the doctor's next week my baby won't be alive anymore. I haven't done anything to kill my baby. I found out at four weeks that I was pregnant. I haven't smoked or drank sense then. I smoked once before I knew. I was about two or three weeks, but the doctor said my baby was very healthy the first time I went for a sonogram. I just can't shake this thought out of my head. I take good care of myself too. I take my vitamins everyday, and I don't do crazy strenuous activities. My belly hasn't even grown very much. Sometimes it looks big, and the next day I look normal. I'm 14+1 and my lower belly is only hard in the morning. I wish I could get one of those pocket Doppler things so I can listen to my baby's heartbeat when I start to get worried.
:'\
I don't like constantly being worried about my baby like this. . . .

Yeah its scary and although they tell you "nothing you did caused this" you cant help but feel like you did and this baby is doomed. But its not and all you can do is stay strong for baby have faith and be positive baby will be fine. I know my Lil monster is constantly letting me know "mommy I'm OK now feed me!!!" Which is a great feeling.

That same thing happened to me. I lost one of my little twins at about 10 weeks. He's not sure when exactly, but around 9-10 weeks it died.

Don't stress yourself. When I was pregnant with my daughter I was a size 0 at 115lbs. I didn't show til I was about 7 months. I carried her 39w 2d when she was born and she was a beautiful healthy 7lb 1oz baby. Now she's a wild little 3 year old still healthy. :) this time I'm 12w and showing because I had baby weight still from my daughter.

I lost one of my twins at 10 weeks and up until last week I would get so stressed about every little thing thinking something was wrong. Don't stress yourself out its easier said than done trust me I know but I've come to realize that when it comes to pregnancy its a constant wait and see game. Im 15wks3 days just had a check up last week and baby is doing great strong heart beat im gaining weight and inches the way im supposed to eating healthy and im even feeling lil movements here and there. If you're eating right taking you're vitamins and following drs instructions there's nothing else you can do. You just have to have faith. I know its not much but that all we can do as mommies

You dont have to worry unless you've been having stomach pains or bleeding. Most people start showing later in their pregnancy. Just calm yourself, try not to worry about it too much because you dont wanna stress yourself too much because that's not good for the baby. Just take it one day at a time and dont worry until your doctor says theirs anything wrong about the baby, which I doubt. I had the same fears, mostly because I had two previous miscarriages, but I'm 24 weeks now with a healthy baby boy kicking me like crazy everyday.. Let us know how it goes when you get to the doctor, and good luck..:)
