I eat spicey foods everytime I crave it!:) I'm 23w5d and my baby girl is healthy! And she loves spicey stuff:D

Eat everything in moderation. Spicy foods give me heartburn but, if u feel ok then do so in moderation. Have some water not soda as soda makes spicy foods feel like acid in my mouth.

I have pretty much lived off of hot wings, spicy slim Jims, and hot sauce my while pregnancy. Lol spicy sounds sooo good all the time. I haven't had any problems eating it. I'm 19+4

all I want is spicy food lol, the trick is to not drink much while eatting and you have a less chance of getting sick ;) chili is the only thing that has made me really sick

honestly.. I have yet to get sick (I"m not complaining ) .. all I have is sore boobs and regular tiredness.

I've been craving spicy foods for a few weeks now and all it does is gives me heartburn but im 34 weeks!
