spots? or rash? Rly confused

ok so about a month or so ago I noticed that I was getting red spots or a rash type thing on my belly and arms. I went to the doctors and they told me that it was eczema do to the dry weather and what not. So they gave me some cream that was supposed to help reduce it spread but I've never ever have my eczema this bad before so I'm starting to think that its not and the cream isn't helping one bit...so my question is can you get a spot like rash type of thing on and around ur strech marks?

no my hands and feet aren't ichy just my tummy and arms

get your liver biles tested too.... especially if your hands and feet are really itchy....

in order for it to be a PUPPP wouldn't I have to be at least 34 weeks along...right now I think I'm sitting at 7-8 weeks along

If you are pregnant than yes. It is called PUPPP. Have your doctor look at it.
