Oh Ladies, I Am A Little Nervous

Well ladies, I could use some encouraging words, and I know I can always count on all of you for that so here goes....

I have been using Fertility Friend.  I have not been using it for ttc at this time.  I have actually been using it as a natural family planning method.  Due to my religion, I felt more comfortable using this than the more modern forms of birth control.  Well, I thought I had ovulated 5 days ago which would have been last Tues.  So, I thought on Valentine's Day that I was 2 dpo.  My temp went from 97.9 to 97.5 (which is normally a po temp for me).  Well, FF used 97.5 as my pre O dip and put me ovulating the day after Valentine's Day.  Well, we BD on V Day.  I'm just really nervous because we have a baby that just turned 8 mos. old on 2-13.  She is #5 for us and we wanted 1 more, but we weren't going to start trying again until this summer or maybe fall.

I'm just scared.  I know everything will be okay, but money is really bad right now.  My HB just lost his job a week and a half ago.  He's been doing his side job full time but that is through him and not an employer, so he will only get paid when he works.   Luckily he has been working all this time, but nothing is for sure.  If I end up pregnant, there is no way we can afford child care for another child yet I can't afford to stay home.  My work would probably die and we are getting ready to use my empoyer for insurance so what would I do if I wasn't working??  I'm just nervous and you ladies are about my only source of support.  If it were anyone else on here with my same problem, I'd come up with something to say, but I can't seem to do the same thing for myself.  LOL!

Please keep my family in your prayers that this will all work out somehow.  

And please no one be mad at me for this post.  My heart goes out to and bleeds for all who are ttc and either are having a hard time doing it or are having m/c's.  I pray for you all every night.

Well ladies, you have all made my cry...Don't worry!!  In a good way!!!  I love you all dearly.  I mean that.  I don't know any of you but I count on you more than I do the people in my everyday life.  You are all so very wonderful and I don't know what I would do without this forum.  You are my best friends!!  Thank you so very much.  I will keep this and read it anytime I need some encouraging words; even if I turn out not to be pregnant.  Life throws us all kinds of twists and turns of all kinds.  Again, I love you ladies!!  All of you know I am always here for all of you too.

Aww I'm sorry you're so worried! I'm no good at reading those charts so I won't even try! I don't wanna confuse you even more...hehe

All I can say is...I never use those charts or anything else like that to "predict" when I'm Ovulating because the truth is..it can happen whenever it wants too! Sometimes I Ovulated on Day 14...sometimes Day 17...and sometimes even later! So I just feel like if it's meant to be, it will. I know that might not make you feel any better but when you think about it any time you have sex there's a possibility of Pregnancy. So many people try and try to get Pregnant and they don't..and so many people try to avoid it and they get Pregnant. So I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and if its meant to be it will and if it's not, it won't. We never get what we can't handle, we always find a way to make things work. So I hope this puts a little peace in your heart...and I really hope things work out the way you want them too. Good Luck hun! I'll pray for you guys.

I dont think you O'd on the day FF says...I think you O'd on CD 15.  It's actually not going to be too accurate because of your open circles.  Are you getting up at night with your baby?  This will totally change your chart.  One hour difference changes my temps drastically.  I wouldnt worry yet...

Girlfriend I am soo sorry to hear about this.  I can understand why this would be so nerve racking. My sister is going through the same thing in a way.  What about state help? I know it may sound bad but when there is a possibility of a child involved then there isnt a problem with a little help till things get back on track.  But whatever you do and happens remember that God will not give you more than you can handle! I live by those words everyday! And I am sure that you having 5 children already could use those words! Good luck and whatever you need let me or us know. I am always here.

Well, my first cycle was really long because I am still nursing and I was on the pill for a while.  That pill was making me bleed all the time because it was a Progesterone only pill, which they give while you are nursing.  I think the Estrogen in regular pills can cause you to lose your milk flow.  And as I said, my religion really stresses the NFP method and that's what I wanted to do.  The empty circles were just from me putting them in late.  I have taken my temp every morning at the same time.  I even set an alarm on over the weekend.  My normal cycles are from 28 to 30 days long.  I knew that once I started nursing less frequently, I'd start getting back to normal.  So, I think that is what my body is trying to do.

Your cycles are pretty long I can see why you would chart and there is nothing wrong with that.  When you looked at you month planner prediction it never predicted 3 or 4 days for O?  It may have mixed up cuz you had empty circles were they guesses or just put in late.  Charting is hard to keep up with I used FF for a year or so.  I feel for you and I hope it all turns out ok. ~d
