std's/need to know

Ok, been with my boyfriend 9 years on and off, 3 years steady now and expecting, I'm 28+2 and he thinks he has an std, says for the past year he has seen bumps on his penis and he strongly believes he may have something ” from me”. So when we found out I was pregnant they took blood to check for std's and I even had a papsmear done, both came out normal, now it is mandatory for these tests right? For the babys sake right, also if anything would've come up abnormal they would've told me correct?? Well boyfriend thinks they did NOT check for everything and that if they really did, they didn't mention that I may have something. Now he wants to go to a clinic and get tested -___- I'm beyond aggravated with him now! He showed me these bumps and 2 of them look like tiny skin tags one looks just like the brown moles he has on his back and the other 2 look exactly like a pimple! Do any of these sound like anything worth some concern???

He's been getting heat rash a lot too because the AC at his job broke so its like he's been working in a sauna all day. He apologized about accusing me of giving him something he says he's just really freaking out. They really do look like nothing so I'm really not worried just more frustrated about this more than anything. I'm off work the next 3 days so I'm gonna make an appointment for him and also have him speak to my OB for more closure

Some std's will not show up positive unless you're having an outbreak, like herpes. But the bumps you describe do not sound like herpes to me (I worked for a non-profit free health clinic, saw my share of herpes). Any how, google some pictures of std's and see if anything looks like what he has, and show him also. Google herpes and warts, not sure I've seen anything else that would cause sores/bumps on a penis that would warrent concern.

I don't want to sound harsh but I think you should post pone sex with him until he finds out exactly what it is. He may be like me and the slightest thing I notice I think something's wrong when there's really no problem

if your bf have something then he would be complaining about when he pee he would burn and he have a discharge from his penis but he complaining about pimples "/ everything seem normal.

They'll test you again in the last month of your pregnancy too. They test for everything. Your bf probably got something, possibly even years ago and it's just been laying dorment or he's having outbreaks.

I'd just let him go and laugh when nothing is found. I personally wouldn't be concerned, it sounds perfectly normal. It might also be time for a talk about it after because he doesn't seem to trust you.

Yes they do check for everything...and if your pap would have came back abnormal you would have been scheduled for a colo..when they scrap some of the abnormal cells to be tested....I had this done because my pap.was abnormal and I had nothing wrong....anyway....they do test for Stds....maybe your bf should get tested because apparently you have nothing
