Okay I love steak and we are having it for dinner my hubby doesn't think its okay for me to eat it when it's medium rare? That's the oblue way I like it lol suggestions???

I've ate medium rare steak with all 3 pregnancies it's fine you just need to make sure burgers are cooked all the way through

I eat my steak rare and have still been eating it that way while pregnant... I can't eat it when its well done I just don't like it. As long as you trust where you get your meat from and it was handled properly it won't be a problem in my opinion, but others may disagree. In a good cut of meat there is a lot less chance of bacteria than there is when it comes to things like ground beef!

Steak you can have as long as the middle is warm and pink. Burgers are more dangerous because all of the meat is handled, but nobody touched the inside of your steak.

I believe for any meat you need to make sure its well done. At least thats what my ob said to me.
