baby dreams

Hey ladies, my fiance had a dream that we had two kids, two boys, i am asking what does it mean when a man dreams of you and him in your card driving somewhere and then he notices two baby boys in the back sit and someone was trying to pull us out of the car. i am three days late if you go by last three cycles which come every 21 days . but before i had radiation my cycles woud come every 28 days. curious. he said he could see me and him clearly as it was us and the two boys in the back sit. the he says your prgnant and whne i was getting ready for work this morning he was just staring at me.  he also says he doesn't know where we were going and why the people were trying to pull us out of the car. he woke up and just told me about the dream. he doesn't say outta the blue that i am pregnant because he says that every month we say that and then we"re not preggers. any feedback.
