How long does it take before ur stomach is not swollen anymore after giving birth?
It takes 6 weeks for your uterus to return to normal size. But I found I was still a bit "squishy" until about 3-4 months. My doctor said not to exercise before 3 months just to make sure everything could heal properly. Belly binding is supposed to help with that so I'm trying it this time.
