it can make you lose the baby or put the baby under stress and cause health problems with the baby and the baby will be born early or born with problems and it will cause the baby to be hooked up to all kinds of monitors when he/she is born and you being under so much stress will just cause all of that so try not to be so stressed out okay

Chronic stress can harm the baby but its not too common to endure chronic stress only reason I know that is because I currently have chronic stress and if it doesn't get relieved I can send myself into preterm labor I'm 26 weeks 5 days just relax and try to enjoy your pregnancy things will work out :)

When i found out i was pregnant i was in the midst of a family crisis of meltdown proportions. Still am really but we r giving eachother space. I cried, screamed had panic attacks and my pregnancy is going fine. I went to the doctor and they said stress wont hurt the baby but to tske it easy and rest whwn you can. I went to see a psycologist and used rescue remedy to stay calm. Bub will be ok i am sure of it. I jave not slowed down since being pregnant and everytime i get a scan or have a doc appointment he is happy and relaxed even withing hours of drama filled fighting with my parents. If u need to talk pm me. Sometimes getting things of your chest even to a stranger can make u feel loads better
